  1. Another great picture by Len, thanks for sharing it Neal. Len obviously had a knack for taking photos of the interesting bits of Stockon. Nice to see the riverside in colour.


  2. The buildings on the left side of the Cranes are the offices of Newby Robson & Cadle, solicitors, at the bottom of Finkle Street, where I worked in 1968


  3. Superb , thank you for posting the photo.
    I remember the quay, what size of ships (tonnage or displacement ) could be accommodated ?
    Six dock side cranes, must have at one time been a busy port.


  4. Lots of memories from that photo as I used to play there as boy, even going up to the waters edge. We never realized how dangerous it was.
