Shaftesbury House, Stockton

t14841A photograph showing Shaftesbury House in Shaftesbury Street, Stockton.  My mother was born here and her father had his practice here. I was told that he was one of the first people in the North East to be able to do X-rays.

  1. I also lived a couple of doors down in Shaftesbury Street and I was a daily visitor to this house as I played with your mum. Happy memories.

  2. I lived here with my parents, I was born in 1956 in The Robson Maternity Home round the corner, my brother was born there too in 1959. Tom and Audrey Sanderson. My name was Tina Sanderson!
