Frederick Nattrass School Play c1955

This school play was written by one or more of the pupils in the photograph. I seem to remember it was instigated by the girl playing the queen. It was taken about 1955. I played one of the elves kneeling (far right).

  1. Hi Mick. Do you remember the title of this play? Around this time I gave a magic show on stage before the start of a production called ‘Jack of all Trades’, I would be twelve at the time, I seem to remember getting plenty of laughter, so it must have been more like a Tommy Cooper take off! than a magic show. That particular production in the photograph, which is fantastic to see, I was one of a team that helped on the painting of the background scenery.
